Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home/in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Cordele, GA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, implement BCBA plans, and document progress while traveling to client locations throughout Georgia.

The role offers flexible schedules with full- and part-time options, training, and opportunities for career growth with a supportive team.

Competenze

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Mansioni

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning and performance improvement
