Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings in Brunswick, GA. You will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and maintain a compassionate environment for clients under BCBA supervision.

Licensed RBTs earn $20–$30 per hour with full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time; maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
