Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
