Job summary

Aim Higher ABA offers in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. RBTs provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision in homes, daycares, and community settings.

You’ll implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and maintain a safe, respectful environment while benefiting from flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

This position pays $20.00-$30.00 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time RBTs.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
