Aim Higher ABA is seeking an RBT to provide compassionate, data-driven ABA therapy in home and daycare settings across Georgia. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized skill-building programs and track progress with accurate notes.

Qualifications

• RBT license or certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children.
• Ability to collect data and maintain accurate session notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
