Qualifications

• High school diploma required with basic ABA knowledge.
• Current and active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data using Central Reach software.
• Provide updates to parents or caretakers regarding client progress.
• Ensure treatments follow established protocols for behavior reduction and skills training.
• Adapt interventions based on client needs and maintain confidentiality.
• Work both independently and as part of a team with strong communication.
