Qualifications

• High School Diploma and basic knowledge of ABA principles.
• Preferred 1 year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities.
• Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification granted by the BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, implements treatment plans to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills.
• Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software.
• Provides updates to parents or caretakers on client progress or ongoing treatments, as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensures that all treatments provided follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols.
• Adapts interventions based on client needs.
• Maintains client confidentiality and client dignity.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Detailed oriented and proficient oral and written communication skills.
