Job summary

Circle Care Services is a group delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, offering hands-on RBT support in home, school, or clinic settings. This full-time role involves implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and monitoring progress to advance meaningful outcomes.

You will work closely with a supervising BCBA, communicate progress, and contribute to the child’s development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle required.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
