Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and competitive pay. You will collect session data, follow intervention plans, and share progress with your clinical team, making a real impact with families served.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
