Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You will collect and track session data, follow treatment plans, and support skill development while sharing progress with the clinical team. The role offers flexible scheduling and strong supervision to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
