Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under supervision, follow intervention plans, and collect session data while collaborating with the clinical team. Flexible schedule and supportive supervision are offered to help you grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
