Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease Specialist to lead sales for the Southeast US territory, promoting Coagadex and RYPLAZIM.

You will build relationships with major treatment centers, clinicians, payers, and patient groups while educating on bleeding disorders and Kedrion's products. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of field sales success, and a proven ability to navigate complex decision makers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years sales experience; Rare Disease or specialty pharma preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Residence in the territory; travel requirement; near a major airport.

Mansioni

• Own sales performance for Rare Disease portfolio across a multi-state Southeast territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with major treatment centers, healthcare providers, correctional institutions, specialty pharmacies, and patient organizations.
• Educate clinicians and community partners on disease states and product benefits.
• Differentiate Kedrion's offerings with deep clinical knowledge of bleeding disorders and plasma therapies.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear sales goals and tactics.
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to cover the territory efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and provide feedback to the team.
