Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a passionate Rare Disease Specialist to promote Coagadex and RYPLAZIM across a broad Southeast territory in the US.

You will build trust with treatment centers, providers, and patient organizations, educating stakeholders on rare bleeding disorders to drive responsible product use and outcomes. The role requires field-based relationship building, strategic account planning, and a strong clinical acumen to differentiate Kedrion’s therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in Rare Disease or Specialty Pharmaceuticals.
• Must reside in the territory and be near a major airport to facilitate travel.
• Strong communication with clinical and administrative decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for the Rare Disease portfolio across a multi-state territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with treatment centers, healthcare providers, and patient organizations.
• Educate clinicians and partners on disease states and product benefits to drive awareness and use.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear sales goals.
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for territory coverage.
• Deliver presentations using approved materials and selling models.
• Navigate complex decision-making processes to drive product adoption.
