Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics (RI) in Central Europe. You will work with healthcare organizations to adopt and optimize RI solutions, bridging clinical needs with technology to improve workflows and patient care.

You will train, coach, and guide clinicians, support sales with clinical value demonstrations, and travel up to 90% to customer sites. Fluency in Polish and English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics or related clinical environment.
• Experience with RIS/PACS and imaging workflows.
• Master's degree in clinical/healthcare or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases.
• Validate solution designs to align with clinical workflows and goals.
• Provide clinical consultancy and change management for RI projects.
• Ensure adoption and effective use of RI solutions by clinicians.
• Support sales teams in developing opportunities and communicating clinical value.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and radiology leaders.
• Guide customers through integration, testing, and workflow optimization.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to customers and teams.
• Analyze complex clinical challenges and recommend solutions.
• Share best practices with the Central Europe Clinical Consulting Community.
