Qualifications

• Current (or pending) licensure in Physical Therapy in Tennessee is required.
• Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using subjective and objective information to set goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and supervise technicians to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain documentation for therapy treatment in TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
• Communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
• Discharge patients as appropriate.
• Contribute to a positive customer service experience for patients and staff.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations.
• Seek input as needed.
