Saber Health Group in North Carolina seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support skilled nursing residents in a SNF setting. Implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on maintaining function.

Requires an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant and an active PTA license in the state, plus basic computer skills to navigate EHR and service delivery software. PRN opportunities available with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Return resident to optimal physical function in a SNF setting and facilitate achievement of goals.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function after discharge through education and independent exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and progress documentation.
