NATIVE AMERICAN REHABILITATION ASSOC. OF THE NW (NARA NW) is hiring a Permanent Supportive Housing Clinical Supervisor to oversee PSH services for Native American and Alaska Native adults and families experiencing homelessness in Portland, OR.

The role emphasizes integrated care with a focus on cultural, physical, and emotional well-being. You will supervise QMHP/QMHA staff, ensure grant compliance, and collaborate across programs.

Qualifications

• QMHP-C or Master’s degree in health-related field; three years paid experience in behavioral health is highly preferred.
• QMHA- I is required.
• Two years paid supervisory experience in social services desirable.
• Knowledge of Permanent Supportive Housing and Coordinated Entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for staff delivering housing placement and long-term housing retention services to homeless individuals and families, with culturally specific Native American focus.
• Accompany PSH staff in the field to support staff and clients.
• Facilitate hiring, orientation, and training of new staff.
• Ensure grant/contract compliance; review paper charts and electronic records; support data collection and reporting.
• Maintain service data across Centricity, RPMS, and HMIS databases.
• Manage flexible client assistance funds; review fund requests and track spending.
• Provide clinical consultation for behavioral health crises and deliver crisis assessment and intervention.
