Job summary

Native American Rehabilitation Assoc. of the NW seeks a Homeless Outreach Clinical Supervisor in Portland, OR, to oversee outreach and housing placement services.

The role includes clinical supervision of QMHA staff, coordination with partner agencies, and ensuring services follow Housing First and trauma-informed approaches. Requirements include QMHA- I, QMHP or MSW/related field, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• QMHA- I is required.
• QMHP or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling preferred.
• Two years in paid supervisory capacity desirable.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor in field-based environments.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for outreach staff.
• Engage with homeless adults, Veterans, and families in the field.
• Apply Housing First, Trauma Informed Care, and Assertive Engagement principles.
• Ensure grant/contract compliance, file reviews, and timely data reporting.
• Maintain data across Athena, RPMS and HMIS databases.
• Manage Rapid Rehousing Funds and related program spend-down.
• Document records in writing, electronically, and HMIS.
• Collaborate with partners to access resources for participants.
• Provide crisis consultation and intervention for behavioral health crises.
• Support Coordinated Housing Access assessments and drop-in hours.
