Qualifications

• PSS or QMHA I with 5+ years in behavioral health or homeless services.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in paid supervisory capacity is desirable.
• Knowledge of Permanent Supportive Housing and Coordinated Entry.
• Understanding homeless adults/families and moving to housing.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin oversight and supervision for Peer Support Specialists.
• Accompany staff in the field to support housing participants.
• Apply Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, Assertive Engagement principles.
• Ensure grant/contract compliance and accurate reporting.
• Maintain data in Centricity, RPMS, HMIS databases.
• Review and approve program fund requests and spending.
• Collaborate with partners to access resources for clients.
• Engage community for program feedback and support.
• Provide crisis consultation and intervention with Program Manager.
