Job summary

Mentor Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help implement Individual Service Plans, oversee scheduling, and deliver direct support in daily activities and personal care.

The role offers growth via supervision experience and opportunities to coordinate community activities while maintaining high-quality services and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish rapport with team and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transportation to work or activities.
