Job summary

Stepping Stone Support Center is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to help run daily operations and support participants with IDD in Littleton, CO. You will work with a dynamic team, manage staff and driver coordination, and assist in planning meetings and service plans.

The role requires at least 1+ year experience with vulnerable populations, a valid driver’s license, and CAPs/Background checks clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience working with a vulnerable population (IDD, disabled, elderly, children).
• Ability to commute to Littleton, CO 80127 and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of CAPs check, criminal background check, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Moderate tech skills and ability to work with basic software tools.
• Flexible mindset and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathetic and constructive in praise.
• CPR/AED, First Aid, and QMAP certifications; Stepping Stone may provide training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center from open to close with excellence.
• Ensure activities comply with service rules, regulations, and Stepping Stone policies.
• Support Program Director in participant care and management of advisors and drivers.
• Manage a caseload of adults with IDD; prepare for Service Plan meetings.
• Assist in curriculum development and staff development opportunities.
• Contribute to KPI execution and outcomes reporting.
• Demonstrate Stepping Stone’s values through leadership and teamwork.
