Intercept Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Young Adult Independent Living Program in Virginia. The role focuses on guiding residents aged 17-21 toward successful community integration, modeling values, and supporting life skills development.

Responsibilities include supervising life skills coaches, evaluating staff performance, and helping youth gain money management and employment skills while pursuing education and career goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field plus five years of case management experience.
• Master's or Doctorate in social work or related field with at least four years in child-placing services.
• Doctorate or Master's in social work from CSWE-accredited college with three years of child welfare experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with young adults aged 17-21 to support transition into the community.
• Supervise life skills coaches and support staff, including evaluations and scheduling.
• Develop individualized transition plans based on each youth's strengths and needs.
• Provide guidance on money management, employment, education, and career development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field

Master's or Doctorate in social work or related field

CSWE-accredited MSW/DSW + 3 years child welfare experience
