• Bachelor's degree in any field with two years of experience providing case management to children and families.
• Human services Bachelor's degree with experience in case management for children/youth and families.
• Human services Master's degree with student placement providing case management for children/youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Engage with young adults aged 17–21 to model healthy values and behaviors.
• Support residents in money management, employment, education, and daily living skills.
• Assist with career development and transition planning and learn transportation and administrative duties.
