Job summary

Intercept Health seeks a full-time Program Manager for the Young Adult Independent Living Program in Virginia. You will actively engage with residents aged 17–21 preparing for successful transition into the community, serving as a positive role model and supporting money management, employment, education, daily living skills, and career development.

You will supervise life skills coaches and support staff, handling evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues to ensure individualized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field plus five years of case management experience with children and families.
• Or a master's/doctoral degree in social work or related field with at least four years of casework experience.
• Or a master's/doctoral degree in social work with three years of related casework experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with young adults aged 17–21 preparing for transition into the community.
• Model positive values and support money management, employment, education, and daily living skills.
