Job summary

EmergencyMD is hiring a full-time Program Manager for Supported Living Services in Roseville, California. This role involves coordinating and implementing community-based programs for individuals with disabilities and supervising field staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Human Services, including at least three years working with the I/DD population and two years in a supervisory position. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• At least three years experience working with individuals who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, not including experience supervising individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding of Supported Living Services (SLS) and the Medi-Cal system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and implement community-based supported living program.
• Supervise field supervisors and staff who provide direct client support.
• Ensure health, safety, and success of clients and employees.
