Job summary

Next Street is seeking a high-performing Program Manager to help manage and grow our portfolio of small business development programs. You will oversee planning, budgeting, data collection, performance measurement, and reporting while coordinating with Directors and center staff.

The role emphasizes implementing improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes, and guiding staff through onboarding and coaching. Travel within/around New York City may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong project management and relationship skills.
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines with multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills with stakeholder engagement.
