Qualifications

• Masters Degree in related field (Social Work, Psychology, MFT)
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences + hours toward licensure
• 2+ years of experience with homeless, mentally ill, or substance use populations
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a high-tolerance harm reduction model
• CPR/First Aid Certifications
• Valid CA Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensure continuity of care between The People Concern resources and partner agencies
• Provide supervision, support, and evaluations for staff
• Provide clinical guidance to staff, including emergencies and crises
• Ensure services emphasize customer choice and harm reduction
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 when needed
• Assist in screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in services
• Ensure paperwork and data collection are complete and accurate in records and databases
• Assist in budget oversight and ensure program revenue and expenses stay within budget
• Ensure adherence to funding contracts and prepare reports
• Provide training on program policies and procedures
• Assist in screening and enrollment of participants and orientation to policies and resources
