Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Hudson, NY is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support planning, coordination, and implementation of the residence program. You will oversee adults with developmental disabilities and collaborate to assist daily care, personal growth, and goal attainment.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED with related experience, a NY driver’s license, and a compassionate, energetic approach. We offer ASCEND and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Have a HS diploma/GED with one year of related experience; Bachelor degree or Associate degree with one year of related experience preferred.
• Have a valid NY Drivers License.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
• Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of the residence program.
• Oversee intellectually and developmentally disabled adults and partner with them to facilitate daily care.
