Preferred experience includes at least three years in a supervisory role.
Five years providing supported living services in community settings.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision to up to 20 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Coordinate and document health care services for individuals.
Monitor and maintain medical and service benefits for access to resources.
Provide immediate assistance during emergencies, including transfers and personal hygiene support.
Reconcile each individual’s financial records monthly.
Schedule and attend monthly meetings and document outcomes.
