Qualifications

• At least three years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities.
• Direct support experience and at least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual service plans for residents.
• Monitor care documentation for accuracy.
• Assist in developing residents' personal goals.
• Supervise Direct Support staff.
• Manage hiring, training, and staff schedules.
