Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to oversee operations in the Harrisburg, PA area. The role focuses on leading programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing ongoing administration, evaluation, and planning support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in child welfare programming.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SWAN units of service and complete units.
• Set clear expectations and ensure staff have tools needed; monitor performance.
• Train and support staff.
• Document attendance, verify weekly timesheets, monitor leave and FMLA usage.
• Manage daily operation of programs and assist in monitoring authorizations.
• Participate in program development, marketing, and proposals to expand services.
• Review care and treatment and monitor program performance against indicators.
• Represent programs in meetings with County and State offices.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and evaluate goals and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
