Job summary

Massachusetts Department of Public Health's BSAS seeks a dynamic Legal System Involved Services Program Coordinator to oversee contracts, ISAs and statewide programs for individuals affected by substance use disorders and the legal system.

The role partners with probation, courts, and state agencies to coordinate services, monitor outcomes, and ensure policy compliance, while developing reports and conducting program evaluations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor legal system‑related programming, contracts and ISA’s as assigned.
• Review data reports and conduct and document site visits and communications.
• Collaborate with state and county agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide technical assistance around data submission, billing, programmatic and clinical issues either directly or in collaboration with other staff.
• Oversee research, evaluation, outcome studies and data reports when applicable, including KPI reporting.
• Document and communicate policies, procedures and programmatic information for the public and partners.
• Review and make recommendations related to SUD issues with legal system and community partners.
• Oversee regional and statewide training for legal system‑related programs and staff.
