Job summary

Southboston seeks a Case Manager for the Alcohol Safety Action Program. The role involves screening, managing, monitoring and supervising participants, and preparing court reports, including testifying in court hearings.

You will evaluate all aspects of participant participation and progress toward completion of program requirements. A bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and data handling ability are required; a criminal background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work or related field.
• Strong communication skills and experience in computer operations, data entry, document preparation and problem solving.
• Ability to conduct interviews, analyze data and understanding of court operations, procedures and laws relating to impaired driving.
• Candidate must pass criminal background investigation, OMV record check and drug screening.
