Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Houston is seeking a Production Manager (Day Shift) to lead the production team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will recruit, coach, and schedule staff, drive KPI performance, and ensure accurate reporting of production and donor counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Management/Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day management of the Production Team, including recruitment, coaching, supervision, scheduling, development.
• Process apparel and hard goods while maintaining KPIs.
• Ensure proper handling of donation flow according to policies.
• Report personnel time and production accurately.
• Oversee 10–15 team members; develop a culture of safety and loss prevention.
