Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a Production Manager (Day Shift) to lead a production team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will recruit, coach, schedule, and develop staff while ensuring processes meet KPI targets.

This full-time role requires retail experience, strong time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You may travel between sites within the GWH territory and operate primarily during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Management/supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production team activities, including recruitment, coaching, scheduling and development.
• Coordinate apparel and hard goods processing while meeting KPIs.
• Report time and production data accurately using production reports.
