Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for a panel of outpatients in the clinic.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health problems in the primary care setting.
• Provide documentation including history, physical, diagnosis, and care plan.
• Prescribe medications and order routine diagnostics as appropriate.
• Function as a preceptor for residents and medical students as assigned.
