Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited school and license to practice in the United States.
• Board eligibility or certification preferred in internal medicine or family medicine.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for a panel of outpatients in the clinic setting.
• Take histories and perform physical examinations with appropriate documentation.
• Prescribe medications and order laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic tests.
• Provide education to patients and families; serve as a preceptor for residents.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and care staff.
