Joye Law Firm in South Carolina seeks a motivated paralegal to support our personal injury team. This full-time role focuses on pre-litigation work, client communications, document review, and thorough case management to help deliver strong results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 3–4 years related experience acceptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with Needles Case Management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Update clients on case status via phone, text, and email.
• Review documents for accuracy and maintain thorough case management records.
• Retrieve and process medical records and bills.
• Maintain custody of files and keep them organized.
• Provide professional assistance to the attorney with assigned files; cover for others during absences.
• Work in pre-litigation status; not involved in post-suit litigation.
