Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals.
• Minimum education is a high school diploma, preference for a degree in a relevant field.
• Must be cleared by a background check and have a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to be more independent in essential life skills such as meal preparation, personal hygiene and navigating the community.
• Advocate for individuals in rights, medical care and community participation.
• Complete necessary documentation and records each shift.
