Job summary

Sterling Therapy Providers is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in Ohio. The position offers hourly rates of $48–$50 for full-time and $50–$55 for per diem.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating therapy plans, and coordinating with the rehab team to promote independence and health. Eligible candidates should have a graduate physical therapy degree, be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the profession and state board.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment goals and plans.
• Design and fit adaptive devices including orthotics and prosthetics.
• Select physical agent modalities suited to resident needs.
