Job summary

Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Winchester, Virginia seeks a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. The role involves evaluating patients, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based care onsite, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with an active state license and BLS certification. A DPT is preferred, with 2+ years of clinical experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required.
• Current, valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine PT needs and establish a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Utilize orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine rehab techniques.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and contribute to clinic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress timely.
