Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and determine appropriate treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions that drive improvements in patients’ mobility and function, consistent with their unique care plans.
• Engage in continuous education with patients, teaching them about their conditions and demonstrating exercises or techniques to encourage participation in their own recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, participating in case meetings to share insights and strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in alignment with clinical standards and facility policies.
• Contribute to a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring optimal patient experiences throughout their treatment journey.
