Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with facilities, adherence to state and federal regulations, and ongoing professional development through training and mentoring within a large national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
