Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in alignment with standards.

Maintain professional conduct, stay current with regulations, and communicate effectively in English. APTA-accredited program graduate and valid state license are required; rate range is an estimate and may vary

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
