Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinical setting in Virginia. You will help patients regain mobility, strength and function and document patient responses.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree and PTA licensure, with BLS certification often required. Prior clinical experience is preferred to support safe, effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program is required.
• Physical therapy clinical experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercise, gait training and functional mobility.
• Apply modalities and manual techniques within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient response and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document treatments and progress accurately.
