Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT degree or foreign equivalent required for licensure.
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques and protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Establish care and discharge plans while communicating with patients and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
