Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking committed individuals to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team. As a Collection Specialist, you will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and perform phlebotomy, while providing donor care throughout the donation process.

This full-time role offers 30–39 hours per week with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends, and opportunities to train away from home. Join us to help save lives and support our communities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in your state.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

Responsibilities
