Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its Raleigh office and handle a heavy caseload from pre-litigation through trial. You will work with a large staff, including a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant.

The firm offers competitive compensation with base salary, guaranteed commission, uncapped bonuses, and a full benefits package. Strong writing and advocacy are essential.

Qualificações

• Law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (NC required).
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
