W3Global is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a private school serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in New York. The role can be full-time or part-time and involves delivering individual and group OT services, managing a small caseload, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include organizing adaptive programs, conducting assessments, updating IEP goals, and preparing progress reports for families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current New York State OT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload
• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services
• Organize and adapt programs to meet student skill levels
• Conduct, score, and analyze assessments
• Create, score, and update OT IEP goals
• Complete annual progress reports and evaluation reports
• Maintain daily documentation notes for sessions
• Participate in OT department meetings and supervision
• Collaborate with team members and weekly meetings
• Recommend and implement therapeutic programs and interventions
• Train staff on therapeutic programs
• Provide weekly progress updates to parents
• Prepare for and participate in IEP meetings for students on the caseload

Education
