Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a part-time Medication Technician to document, deliver and administer medications to residents with superior service, following policies and regulations. The role supports daily living activities and ensures safety and dignity for residents.

You will collaborate with health staff to observe medication effects, maintain accurate records, and uphold HIPAA and facility standards while delivering compassionate care in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over and legal work authorization.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience handling medications preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments following policies and procedures.
• Observe, verify and document medication ingestion or application as directed.
• Maintain clear, accurate, confidential records on resident medication and care.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy and physician; verify dosages before dispensing.
• Participate in narcotic counts at shift start/end and report discrepancies.
• Assist caregivers with daily living activities and related duties as needed.
